By booking with Golden Hour Collective (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once both parties agree in writing (email or signed agreement).

Services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Deposits & Payment

Bookings exceeding three (3) consecutive days of services require a non-refundable one (1) day deposit to secure your booking.

Final invoices are payable within 30 days of completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future bookings and debt recovery processes.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy (see below).

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear access, information, and working conditions for all contracted staff (including security personnel).

You are responsible for ensuring appropriate permissions, council approvals, and licenses for your event unless otherwise arranged.

5. Liability
-
Golden Hour Collective is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from third-party actions, venue issues, or force majeure events (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes).

We hold appropriate public liability insurance and ensure that our contractors meet required legal and professional standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All concepts, plans, and documents we produce remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute any proprietary material without written consent.

7. Changes to Service
-
Requests for changes must be made in writing and may incur additional charges.

We will inform you of any substantial changes or limitations to service delivery as soon as reasonably possible.
