Golden Hour Collective is on the lookout for casual staff to join our crew. We’re an event management and security collective delivering unforgettable experiences across food festivals, markets, music events, and private functions.

​

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with event setup and pack down

• Supporting operations during live events

• Liaising with guests, vendors, and staff

• Maintaining a safe, professional environment

• Jumping in wherever help is needed – no two shifts are the same!

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Well-organised, reliable, and able to take initiative

• Confident communicator and quick thinker under pressure

• Willing and able to work weekends and public holidays

• Comfortable with flexible, casual hours (shifts are not guaranteed)

• Must be willing to obtain a Certificate of Approval (COA) if not already held

• Prior event or security experience is a plus, but not essential
